Julie Scott is known for her invaluable contribution to the aesthetics industry, via her unique approach to patients and her contributions to education, training, and mentorship of practitioners. In addition to being a mentor, Julie is an Independent Nurse Prescriber and Level 7 qualified aesthetic injector with over 30 years experience in skin rejuvenation. Julie is a clinical trainer, aesthetic mentor, international speaker & presenter, and was thrilled to win Best Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner at the 2022 & 2024 Aesthetics Awards, Best Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner at the 2024 Aesthetic Medicine Awards. She has offered the most up-to-date medically-led aesthetic treatments at her successful clinic, Facial Aesthetics Ltd, since 2003.
In 2019, Julie began unofficially mentoring other aesthetic practitioners and speaking at industry events, and took a clinical training position with Interface Aesthetics in 2021. Through this, she realised that teaching and training aesthetic practitioners is not only a talent of hers, but a passion. Now, her mission is to influence the safety and integrity of the aesthetics industry by providing invaluable clinical and business support to both new and experienced medical aesthetic practitioners.
Julie is also a KOL and trainer for HA-Derma and ZO Skin Health, and sits on the Clinical Advisory Board for Aesthetics Journal.

Matthew scott
Co-owner and director of Facial Aesthetics, Matthew holds a degree in Economics and a Masters in Business Administration. Having also worked many years in finance, Matthew brings over 30 years experience in business development and operational excellence. He can often be found creating an excel spreadsheet or picking over the finer details of new strategic business developments. Within Facial Aesthetics Mentoring, Matthew provides support and guidance to mentees for anything relating to finance and operations. Be it buying a new piece of equipment, CQC registration, accounting, or streamlining your operational work-flow Matthew, will sort it.
